An attempt is made of the description of extralinguistic and interlinguistic aspect of bilinguism and diglossya, influence of different languages is considered. Questions of extralinguistics of bilinguism are connected with the status of this or that language and the relationship of a concrete language to other idioms with are in connection with the concrete one.
Almost all characteristic features can be spread on diglossya but the difference between the influentical idioms is not so district.
