Changes in scientific terminology is a clear reflection of scientific research. Therefore, the article describes tendencies characteristic to the development of the contemporary Georgian literary scholarship within the context of terminology problems. The research encompasses the characteristics common to changes European and post-Soviet cultural space and processes started locally since Georgia became independent.
