Changes on a political card of Caucasus for the last (the post-Soviet decade) has caused consequences of political, economic and cultural character. On a background of branch reginalnyh units from socialist in independent, process of integration gets all more significant role demanding a fast and deep supply with information. In this connection there is a need of presence of the full information under the territorially-administrative, cartographical and ethnolinguistic description of Caucasus. Knowledge of these parameters dajuut an opportunity to use them as in practical, and political ends, for forecasting such phenomena, as fine and large ethnoconflicts, and also for acceleration of processes of integration, etc.
