In the present article are described some questions on linguistic policies in multinational countries. They are reflected in the constitutions and in the legislation of states. The initial role of linguistic factor consists in a fact that in many countries the administrational division of a territory depends on the practice of language in concerned area or a number of inhabitants practicing a specific language. The goal of this article is to choose a specific linguistic policies in a specific linguistic situation and the defence of interest of concerned State.
