The current social-economical processes in the circumstances of economical transition stipulate the qualitative change of the regulation and rhythm of the usual life. A considerable part of people loses job, the financial positions of different families complicate, traditional ways of moral and cultural relations ruin, appears the horror of coming results of unemployment, and so on. Everything this exerts influence on a man’s health: extremely deteriorates his psychosomatic situation: develop psychometric diseases, completely destroys psyche and so on.

In accordance with the research conducted in 1989-2002 by the Center of Professional Orientation and Psychological Rehabilitation, the unemployed, as a rule, suffer from high level of personal and reactionary uneasiness, depressed situation, apathy, passivity, emotional instability, the desire of running away from reality, strong subjectivism; easily offending situation, vehement feelings of loneliness, emptiness of emotional sphere, and approaching danger; emotional experience of estrangement from the society, reproach, unfairness, humiliation, oppression, helplessness, weakness, considering himself unnecessary; inability of overcoming the resistance, adaptation to the social environment and the realistic appraisement of it; over fatigue, emotional immature and clearly represented individualism, lack of practicalness and perception of reality; weakness of defending his position; superfluity of reaction; fluster self-realization, weakness, melancholy, worry, disappointment, sense unsatisfactory, aggressiveness and feeling of hatred, readiness for antisocial activities, stressful occurrence. Everything this states a human being’s biological existence under danger, causes its moral destroy, runs one’s thought, behavior and sense to the only purpose – physical rescue.

For providing wide social classes of the society with psycho-prophylactic aid it is necessary to organize rehabilitation-psychological services in higher scientific and methodic level and manage consequent complex study of the society’s problems, in order to cure injured psyche of each individual; rehabilitate their lost or weakened functions; recover the abrogated relations towards society, job and family; entirely neutralize the factors causing the psychosomatic inclination; raise a man’s ability of psycho-physical adaptation towards the extreme situations.
