In the article possibility of creating Economical Zones is discussed as the way of settlement of existing conflicts in Georgia. Besides, creation of Economical Zones must provide attraction of local and foreign investment, export development, implanting of new technologies, increasing monetary revenues of the country and they integration in the World Economy.

In the article definition of the following Economical Zones are represented: the zone of export oriented facilities, the zone of free manufacturing, scientific-manufacturing zone (technological park) and experience of such zones in the USA.

Is it possible to use the Western experience of creating Economical Zones in Georgia for settlement of conflicts.

The author of the publication suggests quite a new approach of creating economical development zones along the conflict regions, which may support integration of conflict sides and activation of economical relationships, which finally will lead to the peaceful settlement of conflicts.
