(New Age II C. the Years of 20-30-ies)

One of the prior directions of foreign policy of Rome - relationship with Parthya on basis of Parthya-Rome relationship including the contacts between Iberia and Rome is specially underlined. After Trojan's (the years of 98-117) oriental invasion (the years of 1 14-1117) in the age of Adrian (117-138). Rome has to refuse global expansion and almost on all frontiers makes total defending actions that were caused by weakening of social and economic base of the empire. The cardinal direction of Hadrian's foreign policy was defense of peace. The emperor •resigned the territory conquered in the East by the Trojan. The river Euphrates became the frontier with the Parthya kingdom again. Due to flexible diplomacy Hadrian did all his best to keep peace with Parthya. Though Parthya that was rather weak with inner wars had no more forces to continue struggle with Romans. It did not use the instable situation established in the Roman East and kept its neutrality.
