Giorgi Leonidze's Poetic "Tsitsnatelebi"

(Fire-Fly)

Giorgi Leonidze's creative work clearly exposes, how great attention he pays for the activity of perfection and development of the Georgian language. He tries its enriching with new words, concepts for the purpose of which he abundantly brings the neologism and the original forms of words. That's why, charm, attractiveness, force of the Georgian word is felt in each line. We are getting sure, that he can't be indifferent before the charm and stringity of the native word and meanwhile, be is able to make the reader be much in love, with the Georgian language.

Giorgi Leonidze often uses a strange form of the word "tsitsinatela" (fire-fly) – "tsitsnatela" or "tsitsnatelebi", which can't be met in the creation of none of the other poet.

The above mentioned form of "tsitsinatela" makes the work more sonorous, dynamic and musical by its original form, in connection with the text by alteration of sounds.
