Researching the ways of development of human society, one comes to a conclusion that the potential of historical development is inexhaustible. We suppose that political processes are exposed to a certain rhythms of changes. There should be a transition from the policy of force to the policy of cooperation and coexistence nowadays.

One of the ways of exhale from the crisis of the "end of the history" is the revision and foreseeing the future level of development of science. Although the history, as the experience of past reconstruction is unique, the emphasis should be made on a creation of philosophic-historical and culture science theories, that are connected with a certain projects of cultures and civilizations development both on the local and on global levels, in which the political component should play the most important role.

The problem of the "end of the history" is tightly connected with the problem of history revision, correlation of logical and historical, finding the new ideas of existence.
