The report provides the information about significant institution and function such as the Parliament as well as implementation of the Parliamentary control. The article provides the general principles of power division. On the background of the latter, parliamentary control implementation and mechanisms are stipulated. The article revises the role of the legislative branch in terms of control implementation as well as the role of Parliament within the unified system of power division.
