The questions of the political and legal relations between the State and the church are discussed in this work. Here are discussed two questions about Christian teaching of the State. The first question concerns the social-theological and the social-philosophical characteristics of the catholic, protestant, orthodox churches; and the second question concerns the religionizing of the politics, and politization of the religion. On the bases of discussion of the political and legal relations between the State and the church was made the conclusion, that the difference revealed on the basis of the historical and geographical processes reflected on the different models of the political and legal relations between the State and the church.
On this basis there were obtained three different types of models of geographical and religious, political and legal relations between the State and the church: 1) northern-west model of the protestant state and church; 2) southern-west model of separation of the church from the catholic state; 3) east-orthodox model which is still in the process of formation.
