Hearts Ischemic disease (IHD) in developed countries performs the most spreading pathology, and it is the most frequent reason of inhabitants' death rate (mortality). IHD in many cases is based on sovereign arteries atherosclerosis. With the numerous risk factors between atherosclerosis and IHD, on one of the important places are dislipidemia and body's redundant mass existence.
Analyze reasons: Ascertain Triglycerides connection with atherosclerosis several risk factor with patients with IHD.
Materials and methods: 50 patients (age 68±6,2) were investigated: 25 (50%) men and 20 women(50%). They were divided into 2 groups: I group (40 patients) with CVD and borderline-high Triglyceride and with high Triglyceride (TG>150mg/dl <500mg/dl). II group
The following Analysis were studied: serum lipids – TC, LDL, VLDL, HDL, TG by BIOLABO tests. CPR and Fibrinogen with gravimetric method by Rutberg.
Obtained data was processed statistically: M±SD (M-medium, SD-standard deviation) was calculated. Student's t-test for match data was used in analysis of inter-group information. Reliability rate was determined as p<0.05. Correlation was tested according to Pearson correlation.
Results: Level of TC, TG and LDL was significantly high in I groups in comparison with I group (p<0.05). On this background CRP and fibrinogen was confidently increased in the I group in comparison with II group (p<0.05).
Conclusion:
