On the base of the analysis of the conflict going on in Tskhinvali region we are offering the prospects of further development of the conflict and the ways of its peaceful resolution and transformation, which is conditioned by high political-legal culture of the society (the state). If we take into consideration the world practice in the sphere of organization of autonomous entities, we'll see that thanks to the focused and coordinated efforts of the Georgian party, thanks to the support of international community and by adequate political dialogues with Russia, the whole scale regulation of Georgian-Ossettian conflict seems quite possible on the base of the agreement on the expanded status.
