The paper deals with Vaso Godziashvili's acting on Georgian Estrada. The main idea of the research is that Vaso Godziashvili was the first who brought traits characteristic to Estrada-concert show into dramatic art such as: rapidity lightness, energy and passion, this we can judge from unforgettable plays "Old Vaudevilles", "American Uncle", "Sun-eclipse in Georgia".

The author touchier on different sides of Vaso Godziashvili's performance: artistic public reading and recitation, his searches as a director which successfully ended in redirecting the play "Old Vaudevilles" on the Georgian stage.

In this research we read kote Marjanishvili's and Alexandre Burtikashvili's opinion on the common artistic principles between two great actors Vaso Godziashvili and Nikoloz Manaxov, concern Estrada genre.

Besides we learn about Vaso Godziashvili as founder of Georgian Jazz and one of the first actors who appeared in Georgian circus.
