The unprecedented progress of the modern technological processes in television, concretely in Georgian Television, somehow prevents the establishment of national self-consciousness. Of course, first of all I mean the upbringing meaning of children's programs. Modern computer game amateur children have a lot of dream and exemplary computer heroes – aliens, robots, and other virtual firstlings. If we take into account, what are our children admired with, what are they brought up with, and how purposefully is our television leading children's and adults thinking, it is worthy to think about it.

The purpose of my article is to define; now when we can easily attract audience with outstanding and effective show, how much of the basic function have children's programs maintained? May be the word, as a connecting force between television and audience, has been lost? Or we forgot and do not know, how to communicate with children and what to suggest to them. (Georgian television has always been distinctive for its variety and programs quality).

Children love computer programs so we should create the heroes who will bring back the scientific and spiritual values to them.
