Towards the one Georgian Lexical Units Coming from Iranian

The lexical unit xonča exists in many Georgian literary texts. It comes from Iranian word xānče, that consists from Iranian xān (big wooden plate) and diminitive suffix če (resp. baGi _ baGCa). Georgian has adopted from Iranian the form with suffix (xonča) and form wothout one (xoni) and added diterminitive Georgian suffix -a (xona).

In the Georgian defininig dictionary we have xonča as a part of comlicated words: xelxona, xonCa-tabaka. In the dialects of Georgian language we have xonCa, xoni, xona, also xoma, xomika. xoni xona xoma xomika.

Xonča is a Pahlavian word and came into Georgian from contemporary Persian.
