A change in the biochemical indices of the blood of adapted animals by intensive systematic muscular activity is the expression of obtained adapted data of skeletal muscles. This is explained by rapid metabolism LDH, physiological changes in the environment. After 16-day adapted short-term intensive work an increase in the milk acid-insignificant, and on 29 day passes notable increase due to reduction in the alkaline reserves of the blood. An increase in the mass of experimental animals was stable and regular, that testifies the adequacy of the proposed physical load.
