The article presents some aspects of phonetic development of the Iranian loan-words in the Dagestan languages. The transformation of phonetic shape of the borrowed Iranian words consists in change of their sound structure and adaptation to phonologic system of borrowing languages. Under influence certain phonetico-morphological factors in the borrowed words such phenomena as are observed: syncope, apocope, epenthesis, epithesis, mótathesis etc.
