The circle of scientifical interests of Parisian journal "Iveria" is quite large. The journal of I. Chavhavadze Georgian-European Institute under the guidance of J. Kashia covers many fields of science and culture: philosophy, geopolitics, publicism, religion, history, ethnography, philosophy, linguistics, and etc. The seven issues of the journal have published since 1998.

The article concerns some papers of the Georgian scholars (G. Chantladze-Bakradze, K. Goderdzishvili, J. Kashia, T. Putkaradze, G. Gogatishvili) published in № 6-7. Some critical statement are given on the occasion of several linguistic questions.
