The significance of psycho-physiological factors effecting on the efficiency of operators' performance is considered. One of the most interesting aspects of the research is the dependence of operator's activity quality on the degree of emotional excitation. The practical importance of the research of this dependence consists in its application for regulation of operator's functional state, as well as for organisation and dosage of access information stream. In order to maintain optimum level of emotional excitation of the operator a necessary amount of information is needed. Monotony of regulation process decreases the level of attention concentration, introduces intolerable automatism in operator's activity, decreases the probability of his faultless operation and thus, causes the danger of emergency situation.
