Diagnostic Ability of Self-Control Questionnaire

The article concerns checking out a self-control questionnaire - developed by the author of the article - in a clinic. Usually, self-control is measured by multi-factorial tests having self-control as one of the factors, and tests of self-monitoring or locus of control that does not necessarily measure self-control. Therefore, the author of the article developed a self-control questionnaire containing 19 topics that is easy to conduct and process. The questionnaire is reliable, valid and standardized, its reliability is 0.92 thus enabling us to use it in a clinic. The projective Rorschach test was also used in the study, as it is normally utilized as a diagnostic tool and includes self-control factor. The study proved a diagnostic ability of the self-control questionnaire: it can be used in a clinic in a battery with other tests.
