The role of the allogenous cryoconserved hepatocytes and the khorion in treatment of the severe hepatic insufficiency was experimentally and clinically stutied on 15 patients with cirrohisis of the liver.
It was determined that the application of embryo and fetal hepatocytes in combination with the khorion greatly improved the results of complex treatment of the severe hepatic insufficiency.
