The age-related dynamics of motor reactions latency and maximal activity rate in divers were studied.
The normative assessment scale taking into account athletes' sex and age was worked out.
It was shown that the indices of velocity of the motor skills during sporting ontogenesis were improved mainly due to maturing of the CNS but not as a result of specific training.
