In the article are given the results of the research carried out by Case Study methodology.
There are given live history of successful restructuring of enterprises, description of the chosen strategies and stages of their implementation. Besides, based on comparative analysis of the cases, a generalized picture of transformation is presented, that describes main actors of the process and favorable / unfavorable factors existing in institutional environment of Georgian enterprises.
The outcome of the research could be considered as interesting material for the quantitative research to formulate hypothesis concerning interplay of variety of the factors.
The practical aim of the research is popularization of successful strategies of transformation and efficient patterns of managerial behavior, that could be utilized in training of personnel to accomplish tasks in this field.
