Systems of the "environment" and "health of population" may be considered as the elements of the integral ecological system and as independent, interacting complex systems.

"Antropogenic factor of environment" and "health of adult population" are considered as the sub-systems. As a results of studies and considering the time factor we may carry out observations on the process of formation of pathogenic forms in the population and make certain calculations. We may forecast possible changes in the health of the population on the background of changes of the parameters of anthropogenic factors of the environment.
