The Genetic Factors and Aggressiveness

In person formation genetic factors alongside with the social factors play important role. In this view the effect of genetic factors on the aggression is very interesting.

Aggression is defined as the stable readiness towards the aggressive bahaviour in different situation. The aggressive behaviour is defined by psychologists as the behaviour, which aims to do physical, material and moral harm to other person.

A lot of genetic conception tries to explain the causes of aggression. According to these conseptions the genetic constitution of a person conditions the individual differences. According to their data, genetic related individuals reveal similar aggressive bents. The first genetic conception is represented by Lombozo, who proved, that there are types of people, who possess biological inclination towards the antisocial behaviour. Later on the basis of investigations carried out in Denmark, it was proved that genetic factors influence on antisocial behaviour.

Thus, as a result of multiple scientific investigations analysis, we can conclude that genetic constitution of an individual ("Genotype") may condition the formation of an individual into the aggressive person ("Phenotype"), though innate inclination to aggression will be strengthened or neutralized by an environment.
