The article deals with conditions for development of cultural tourism in Georgia taking into account the fact that the culture represents the main mean for self-affirmation in the world’s tourism. French version of museum, unifying the versatile cultural phenomena, organic for identification of geographic conditions, into united organism - in situ eco-museum is considered as one of the major elements of the tourist infrastructure.
In the version proposed for Georgia, taking into consideration the sociotypes of the tourist behaviour, psycho-types of Georgians, historic and cultural heritage of the country, suggested is to enlarge and expand the concept of eco-museum, organization of which can solve part of the problems related to propagation of the tourism.
