Doubtless that the health-resort and tourist business plays an important role in future economic development of Georgia. Moreover, the necessity of using of existing health-resort recreation resources is also without any doubt. The issues of regulating the use of existing residential buildings for visitors’ accomodation become acute. We believe, that this requires reconstruction and adaptation of the existing private residence buildings on the basis of corresponding recommendations worked out as a result of scientific-research and practical work, as well as the development of resort settlements and planning of so called "resort villages" on new territories.
