The paper offers an analysis and generalization of the series 1-464 AC, 109, 127 and 135 of dwelling house type designs. A number of suggestions have been made to help the improvement of architectural and planning characteristics of the dwelling houses, apartments and areas developed according to the above-mentioned designs.
