In 1929-1939, Severian Isiani  lived and worked in Kutaisi.

He served in the army since 1939. During the World War II he was in Leningrad and Moscow. His poems were mostly patriotic. His private letters are also of great interest. He heroically died during the World War II at the age of 30.
