On 15th May, Dr. Travis Morris, Director of the Norwich University Peace and War Center with his students visited the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia. Guestsmet Giorgi Kekelidze,

NU representatives familiarized with the National Library, the Book Museum and its rare collections, they expressed high interest in Georgian culture and folklore. Guests and hosts exchanged gifts.
Relations with the Norwich University first begun, when a professor Lisa Chalidze gifted an archive of his late husband, Valery Chalidze to the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia. Valery Chalidze was famous as a first human rights defender and dissent in the Soviet Union, he was forced to emigrate in the USA, where he continued his work for public good.
