A special program for the students of village schools has been designed by the National Parliamentary library and Marjanishvili Theatre, which envisages attending shows free of charge and giving guided tours to the students around the National Library.

The National Library together with Jakob Gogebashvili Society arranges a scientific conference dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the first publication of “Dedaena” at the Conference Hall of the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia on 15 November at 11:00.
On 10 November, the Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia, David Usupashvili, the Ambassador of Italy to Georgia, H.E.Antonio Enrico Bartoli, the General Director of the national Parliamentary Library of Georgia, Giorgi Kekelidze, opened the Italian Library.
