On December 23, Maia Matiashvili, the Foreign Affairs Coordinator at the company BP presented the Anglo-American Reading Hall with the valuable publications –„Past and Future Heritage in the Pipelines Corridor, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey», by Paul Michael Taylor, Christopher R. Polglase, Najaf Museybli, Jared M.Koller, Troy A. Johnson in English, Georgian and Azeri languages.
On 17 December, within the framework of the project ‘Equilibrium’, Giorgi Kekelidze, the General Director of the National Library, with the support of the National Library partner organization KMG Law Office handed books and a computer to Tsnori Civic Initiative Center.
On 16 November, Georgian Book Corner opened at the National Parliamentary Library of Hungary. The memorandum of understanding was signed between the State Library of Hungary and the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia. The capital of Hungary is the 25th city where the Georgian Book Corner has opened.
On 9 November, Giorgi Kekelidze, the General Director of the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia met with the representatives of the National Academic Library of Kazakhstan, Kairken Nuralinova, the Deputy General Director, and Saulesh Nasyrova, the Head of the Library Funds Department.
The presentation of the new wiki-dictionary created at the National Library will be held at the Conference Hall of the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia on 26 October. David Baratashvili, the National Library employee, represented the new product.
