დაიბადა ქ. ქუთაისში. ხარკოვის უნივერსიტეტის სამედიცინო ფაკულტეტის ფარმაცევტული ინტიტუტისა და თბილისის სახელმწიფო სამედიცინო ინსტიტუტის აღზრდილი (დაამთავრა 1936 წელს). პროვიზორი, ვენეროლოგი. სხვადასხვა დროს მუშაობდა ბაქოში კერძო აფთიაქის მმართველად, რესპუბლიკის სააფთიაქო სამმართველოს უფროსის მოადგილედ, შემდეგ უფროსად, საქართველოს სსრ ჯანმრთელობის დაცვის სამინისტროს კანისა და ვენერულ სნეულებათა სამეცნიერო-კვლევითი ინსტიტუტის მეცნიერ თანამშრომლად.
