Biography

დაიბადა ქ. სამტრედიაში. 1925 წელს დაამთავრა თბილისის უნივერსიტეტის სამედიცინო ფაკულტეტი. ცნობილი ნევროპთოლოგი, მედიცინის მეცნიერებათა დოქტორი, სადისერტაციო შრომა - "ტუბერკულოზური მენინგიტის ჰუმორული დიაგნოსტიკის საკითხისათვის" (1952), საკანდიდტო დისერტაცია - "მასალები ვეგეტატური ნერვული სისტემის პათოლოგიისათვის" (1937). თბილისის სახელმწიფო სამედიცინო ინსტიტუტის სამკურნალო ფაკულტეტის ნერვულ სნეულებათა კათედრის პროფესორი, ნევროპათოლოგიის ქართული სახელმძღვანელოს ავტორი.
