Biography

დაიბადა სოფელ ჭალასთავში (თერჯოლის რაიონი). 1923 წელს დაამთავრა მოსკოვის უნივერსიტეტის სამედიცინო ფაკულტეტი. ცნობილი ქირურგი, პროფ. ნ. კახიანისა და აკად. კ. ერისთავის მოწაფე. მედიცინის მეცნიერებათა დოქტორი, სადისერტაციო შრომა - "თავის ტვინის მაგარი გარსის პლასტიკა ჰემოსტოლით" (1941), საკანდიდტო დისერტაცია - "მასალები ადგილობრივი ანესთეზიის საკითხისათვის" (1936). თბილისის სახელმწიფო სამედიცინო ინსტიტუტის სამკურნალო ფაკულტეტის საფაკულტეტო ქირურგიის კათედრის პროფესორი.
