დაიბადა დაბა ჩოხატაურში. 1931 წელს დაამთავრა თბილისის სახელმწიფო სამედიცინო ინსტიტუტი. ნეიროქირურგი. მედიცინის მეცნიერებათა კანდიდტი, სადისერტაციო შრომა - "მასალები საჯდომი ნერვის და მისი ტოტების ცეცხლნასროლ დაზიანებათა შესწავლის საკითხისათვის (კლინიკა და ქირურგიული მკურნალობა)" (1955). დოცენტი. საქართველოს სსრ ჯანმრთელობის დაცვის სამინისტროს ტრავმატოლოგიისა და ორთოპედიის სამეცნიერო-კვლევითი ინსტიტუტის განყოფილების გამგე.
