Biography

დაიბადა ქ. სამტრედიაში. 1912 წელს დაამთავრა მოსკოვის უნივერსიტეტის სამედიცინო ფაკულტეტი. ცნობილი თერაპევტი. პროფ. ა. სმირნოვის (პეტერბურგი) მოწაფე. საქართველოს სსრ დამსახურებული ექიმი (1946). I მსოფლიო ომის დროს განაგებდა პეტროგრადის ჰოსპიტლის თერაპიულ განყოფილებას. 1922-1966 წლებში თბილისის ქალაქის პირველი კლინიკური საავადმყოფოს პირველი თერაპიული განყოფილების გამგე, საზოგადო მოღვაწე. ა. კანდელაკი იყო საქართველოში საექიმო-შრომითი ექსპერტიზის ერთ-ერთი ფუძემდებელი.
