დაიბადა ქ. ქუთაისში. 1916 წელს დაამთავრა ხარკოვის უნივერსიტეტის სამედიცინო ფაკულტეტი. ცნობილი ჰიგიენისტი. მედიცინის მეცნიერებათა კანდიდატი, სადისერტაციო შრომა - „Динамика накопления твердых отбросов и вопросы санитарной очистки г. Тбилиси“ (1947). დოცენტი, თბილისის სახელმწიფო სამედიცინო ინსტიტუტის კომუნალური ჰიგიენის კათედრის გამგე, საქართველოს სსრ დამსახურებული ექიმი, კომუნალური ჰიგიენის ერთ-ერთი ფუძემდებელი საქართველოში.
