დაამთავრა ლენინგრადის სამხედრო-სამედიცინო აკადემია 1956 წელს.

1968–1987 წლებში იყო მოსკოვის სამხედრო ოლქის ჰაერსაწინაღო თავდაცვის სამხედრო ჰოსპიტლის მთავარი ექიმი, ხოლო 1987–1990 წლებში–ამავე ოლქის სამხედრო-სამედიცინო სამსახურის უფროსი. თამაშობდა თბილისის "დინამოს" გუნდში. მიღებული აქვს სახელმწიფო ჯილდოები. სამედიცინო სამსახურის გენერალ-მაიორი(1982).
