დაიბადა ქ. ფოთში. 1931 წელს დაამთავრა დნეპროპეტროვსკის სამედიცინო ინსტიტუტი. მედიცინის მეცნიერებათა დოქტორი, სადისერტაციო შრომა - „Вопросы эпидемиологии, паразитологии и профилактики малярии в условиях влажных субтрпиков“ (1956), საკანდიდატო დისერტაცია - „მალარია სოხუმში“ (1946). მუშაობდა სოხუმის მალარიის წინააღმდეგ ბრძოლის სადგურში. შეისწავლა და მოგვაწოდა მალარიის წინააღმდეგ ბრძოლის მეთოდები.
