დაიბადა ქ. თბილისში. 1966 წელს დაამთავრა თბილისის სახელმწიფო სამედიცინო ინსტიტუტი. 1966-1969 წლებში იყო ყვარელის რაიპედიატრი; 1969-1971 წლებში - თბილისი, კლინიკური ორდინატურა; 1971-1972 წლებში იყო თეთრიწყაროს რაიპედიატრი; 1972-1977 წლებში - თბილისის რესპუბლიკური საავადმყოფოს განყოფილების გამგე; 1977-1986 წლებში - ბავშვთა რესპუბლიკური საავადმყოფოს მთავარი ექიმის მოადგილე; 1986 წლიდან - ბავშვთა რესპუბლიკური საავადმყოფოს მთავარი ექიმი, შემდგომში მუშაობდა ბავშვთა მრავალპროფილიანი კლინიკურ საავადმყოფო "რესპუბლიკაში" მთავარ ექიმად. უმაღლესი კატეგორია. აქვს 18 სამეცნიერო ნაშრომი.
