1946–1979წწ. მუშაობდა საქართველოს ჯანდაცვის სამეცნიერო კვლევით ინსტიტუტში პედიატრად; 1979–1989წწ. საქართველოს ჯანდაცვის რეაბილიტაციის დისპანსერში. ავტორია 35 სამეცნიერო ნაშრომის, რომლებიც ეხება მინარევების (Na, K, CH) ცვლას პნევმონიით და რაქიტით დაავადებულ ბავშვებში. არის ექიმი–პედიატრი, მედიცინის მეცნიერებათა კანდიდატი, უფროსი მეცნიერ–თანამშრომელი.

საკანდიდატო დისერტაციის თემა - "Na, K, CH შემცველობა სისხლში პნევმონიით და რაქიტით დაავადებულ ბავშვებში", დაიცვა 1969 წელს.
