ლევან მეხუზლა დაიბადა 1975 წლის 27 მარტს. 1997 წელს დაამთავრა საქართველოს აგრარული უნივერსიტეტის მევენახეობა-მეღვინეობის ფაკულტეტი. 2008-2010 წლებში სწავლობდა თბილისის თავისუფალი უნივერსიტეტის მაგისტრატურაში, ბიზნესის ადმინისტრირების სპეციალობით. 2007 წლიდან მუშაობს "სამტრესტში", სსიპ ღვინის ეროვნული სააგენტოში, მუდმივმოქმედი სადეგუსტაციო კომისიის თავმჯდომარის მოადგილედ.
