გიორგი იმნაძე დაიბადა 1980 წლის 24 აგვისტოს. დაამთავრა საქართველოს ტექნიკური უნივერსიტეტის ქიმია - ბიოლოგიის ფაკულტეტი. 2007 წლიდან მუშაობა დაიწყო ჯერ ღვინის ეროვნულ სააგენტოში მარკეტინგისა და საერთაშორისო ურთიერთობების სამმართველოს მთავარ სპეციალისტად, შემდეგ მევენახეობის დარგობრივი განვითარების სამმართველოს მთავარ სპეციალისტად და ლიცენზირების სამმართველოს მთავარ სპეციალისტად.
