Biography

1955 წელს გიორგი ზამბახიძემ დაამთავრა სასოფლო-სამეურნეო ინსტიტუტის ტექნოლოგიური ფაკულტეტი. წლების განმავლობაში მუშაობდა "სამტრესტი–ს" სიმონეთის, წინანდლის, მცხეთის, მუხრანის ღვინის ქარხნებში სხვადასხვა საპასუხისმგებლო თანამდებობაზე. იგი იყო "თბილღვინოს" შუშხუნა ღვინოების საამქროს უფროსი, შემდეგ თბილისის შუშხუნა ღვინოების ქარხნის დირექტორი, შამპანური ღვინის ქარხნის დირექტორის მოადგილე.

ბატონი გიორგი გარდაიცვალა 2006 წელს.
