Biography

ზურაბ სვანიძემ 1959 წელს დაამთავრა ქუთაისის სასოფლო–სამეურნეო ინსტიტუტი. იმავე წლიდან იწყებს მოღვაწეობას "სამტრესტი"–ს სისტემის თერჯოლის ღვინის სათავო ქარხანაში მიკრობიოლოგად.

1963 წლიდან ზედა საზანოს ღვინის ქარხნის ოსტატი მეღვინეა.

1964 წელს დაინიშნა ოსტატ მეღვინედ სიმონეთის ღვინის ქარხანაში. ამ ქარხანაში მან იმუშავა 1992 წლამდე და რიგითი მეღვინიდან მიაღწია დირექტორობამდე.

გარდა მეღვინეობისა, ბატონი ზურაბი ცნობილი მომღერალი და პაროდისტი იყო.
