Biography

ზურაბ კაციტაძე წლების განმავლობაში "სამტრესტი"–ს სხვადასხვა ქარხანაში მუშაობდა, მაგრამ მისი ძირითადი მოღვაწეობა მცხეთის ღვინის ქარხანაში მუშაობის დროს წარმოჩინდა. მისი ხელმძღვანელობით ქარხანაში წარმატებით მზადდებოდა როგორც ღვინომასალები, ასევე საკონიაკო სპირტები.

1985 წელს ალკოჰოლურ სასმელზე დაწესებული შეზღუდვებისა და აკრძალვის პერიოდში, ჩამოისხა უალკოჰოლო ღვინოები: "ღვინისა" და "არმაზი".

ზურაბ კაციტაძე გარდაიცვალა 2012 წელს.
