ISDS - An intergovernmental network established under the auspices of UNESCO which develops and maintains an international registry of serial publications containing the information necessary for identification and bibliographic control, including the International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) and key title. In the United States, the ISSN center is the National Serials Data Program administered by the Library of Congress. The International Centre for ISDS is located in Paris, France. ;
