On 7 May 2013 at 18:00, the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia is pleased to invite the public to Poetry Evening.  

 7 May was established as Poetry Day by the Order of Tsisperkantselebi (The Blue Horns) and is related to the period of independence of Georgia. Since 2009, tradition of celebrating Poetry Day has been revived by the National Library.

 ‘7 May Poetry Day’ 2013 is dedicated to the evening exhibition of Georgian Poet Micheil Kvlividze, who always wanted to be considered and mentioned as ‘Georgian Poet’ because of  long period of separation from his homeland.

Along with graphic works by the poet, guests will have the opportunity to see a digitalized notebook of the poet and listen to the songs based on his poems
